8 Week Bootcamp

 Class:                         Strength training combined with high intensity interval work (flexibility & mobility included)

Location:                  Rosser Community Club

Dates:                        Sept 25;  Oct 2, 16, 23, 30;  Nov 6, 13, 20 (subject to make up classes if weather is poor)

Time:                         6:45 pm to 7:45 p.m.  Mondays before yoga!

Trainer:                     Sarah Flett (B.Kin; MSc., CPT)

Equip. Required:    Yoga mat, medium weight set of dumbbells (ie. 10-20 lbs.)
