Grosse Isle Annual General Meeting - January 23, 2024

Happy New Year!
AGM:
As most of you may have saw in your mailboxes, our AGM is just around the corner, on Tuesday, January 23 at 7:00 pm, followed by our regular meeting. You must have a membership purchased in order to vote at the meeting and can do so in person prior to the meeting.
See below for how to purchase a membership.
2024 MEMBERSHIPS:
Memberships allow you to take part in facility programming and events including piano lessons, coffee club, the outdoor rink, ping pong, and more. Complete the following steps.

- Send money to grosseislefinance@gmail.com, pay online at https://grosseislemb.ca/store/ , or contact me if you want to pay with cash or a cheque.
The OUTDOOR RINK:
A huge amount of volunteering has gone into the revamp of the rink, from the grant writing to the physical labour, and now the up keep of flooding and maintaining the rink for the season. Thank you to all those that have made and continue to make this a place to be proud of. Please let us know if you notice any mistreatment of the facility.
If you would like to support the upkeep of the rink/gas money for flooding, we will have an option available soon on our website, or feel free to contact me and I can help you out with that.
We will be running a campaign soon to raise funds to support the upgrade of the rink and raise funds for our matching grants. Stay tuned.
The poster attached will be posted at the rink.
