Background
The RM of Rosser has identified that a review of its rural Zoning
By-law (the Zoning By-law that only pertains to the lands outside of CentrePort)
is a priority for 2019/2020 and has engaged WSP to conduct the review. WSP is a
recognized planning and engineering firm with extensive experience in planning,
policy analysis, and public engagement.
Whereas development plans and secondary plans set the vision
for a community as a means of guiding development over time, zoning by-laws
have direct impacts on the form and function of land use, thereby impacting all
residents and stakeholders within a municipality.
