The Manitoba Good Roads Association has awarded the Rural Municipality of Rosser the Provincial Cup for Overall Best Roads within its five-district area, and the Association of Manitoba Municipalities Shield (award sponsor) for Best Maintained System of Municipal Roads in District One. The RM of Rosser’s last wins for Best Maintained Roads occurred in 2010, 2000 (tied), 1986, 1981, and 1979.

"We know that our Public Works crew does a great job keeping the roads in Rosser open and in excellent condition year-round, but it's nice to get that endorsement from the Manitoba Good Roads Association. Congratulations Randy, Ed, Darryl, Gord, and Shawn”, Frances Smee (Reeve).
