Rosser Transfer Station Now Accepting Paper Cups in Household Recycling Bins

Rosser residents can now recycle empty paper cups in their blue bins at home. This includes empty coffee cups, frozen beverage cups, fountain drink cups, and other hot and cold paper beverage cups.
