Water Bills & Water Meter Readings

We are trying to switch our billing from paper to email. Please provide the RM with your most up-to-date email address to ensure you receive your water bill. 

Please call or email your water meter readings to the RM Office at info@rmofrosser.com or (204)-467-5711 

Our water meter bills come out quarterly with a typical schedule of: 

January - March (Please read your meter between January 1st to 5th) 

April - June (Please read your meter between May 1st to 5th) 

July- September (Please read your meter between July 1st to 5th) 

October- December (OCTOBER METERS ARE READ BY UTILITY OPERATOR) 

Please note that cellular meter customers do not need to call or email a reading to the RM

 Penalties of 1.25% will be applied to all past due accounts.
