Rosser Community Friendship Park

Park Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM 

Located near the Transfer Station at the junction of Road 70N and Meridian Road, Rosser Community Friendship Park offers a peaceful retreat with 5.2 kilometers of walking and hiking trails. The park includes three picnic tables, benches along the paths, and easy access to parking.

Established in 2022, the park and trail names were selected with input from Rosser Elementary School students, reflecting the spirit of the community.

The park features two main trails:

  • Hawk Trail: 2.06 kilometers
  • Deer Trail: 1.31 kilometers

Amenities include:

  • Parking: Accessible along the road leading to the Transfer Station.
  • Signage: Informative signs guide visitors along the trails, acknowledge sponsors and grants, and offer safety tips.
  • Outdoor port-a-potty

The development of Rosser Community Friendship Park was made possible through grants from the Canada Community Revitalization Fund and the Canada Healthy Communities Initiative. Boulders donated by Lilyfield Quarry.
