WEED CONTROL
The R. M. of Rosser by authority of the Noxious Weeds Act, has the responsibility to control weeds on all property under their jurisdiction. The municipality is a member of the Rosser/Rockwood Weed Control District.
If weeds are not kept in check, the municipality may enter private property, control the weeds and invoice the owner for the costs incurred.
